Backyard Babies at Tyrol - and in your GPS

Marilyn decided to change his tour schedule and skip Stockholm - which is kinda annoying Miss Winty and me since we'd made a lot of very detailed, creative plans. But - if the Diva doesn't want to - then nevermind.

Instead we're gonna see Backyard Babies kick off the 'Them XX Tour' to celebrate their 20 years anniversary.

The gig will be at Restaurant Tyrol at Gröna Lund in Stockholm Januari 28. Ticketsale opens on Monday at 10 am, so at 09:59 my fingers will be in pole position, ready to hit ENTER.

According to the Danish newspaper, Politiken, every second car now has a GPS installed. - Basically I think GPS is rather ridicolous. I have mine inside my head and usually don't tend to get lost in a phone cabin - except for a minor mistake in Munich which I didn't discover until we'd circulated around the entire city a couple of times.........

On the other hand, a GPS is so much more than just a road navigator. It can keep an eye on speed cameras (which is great when your car runs most economically in 150 kmt). - GPS is also the entertainment box of modern times when we explore the world and are out of conversation topics.

You can download music, movies and audiobooks into your GPS. And - the real hitter: If you need a funny voice to guide you through the traffic, you can get Homer Simpson, John Cleese, Lill-Babs or the Backyard Babies in your loudspeakers.

Most of this can be pieced together and downloaded from youtube. Except perhaps Ozzy and Marilyn together. - But if the Absinthe's on me, there should be a reasonable opportunity, don't you think ............?!?
